Pathetic Service Sportscene Promenade

Once again Sportscene Promenade is of no use. I called requesting an IBT be done from their Somerset West store. The lady advised that she will contact me after loadshedding to confirm the request and whether it has been concluded. Firstly, their systems are on during loadshedding and when I took a chance to call just to see whether the lines are affected, the call was answered. Secondly, an hour later and no call after I have been trying since the electricity went on at 12:02pm. They are supposed to be the flagship store but their service is pathetic! After 2 altercations, I did not want to request help from them due to the low level of service, still gave them the benefit of the doubt. Again, nothing but disappointment.
