Pathetic service at Zeevenwacht

I am completely disappointed in the assistance I received at your branch in zeevenwacht. I returned a shoe that had a definitely manufacturing problem and instead of returning this to the account it was put through again. The amount attitude received by some staff not to mention the stares made the situation do much more frustrating. The short girl was very very helpful .had it not been for her I would have prob a my ended up cursing at chantel that's given wrong info to the cashier's and refused to come and see me hiding in the storeroom
