Pathetic service

On the 24th of October i went to shop for a sneaker for my son only to find out that the size that i wanted was not available which was size 13 so i asked the guy who was assisting me to check for me at which branch will i be able to find the size... He then checked for me and told me that it was in Eloff street then he advised me to laybye the last pair which was size 12 and promised that he'd kindly fetch me the correct size from the other branch.Last week Wednesday i sent someone to pay up the laybye and collect the shoe as i was out of town only to find out that it was still the incorrect size and not the size 13 i requested i then called the store for assistance the following day and the manager promised to call me back about this matter and up until today nobody has called me or advised me where can i find the size i was looking for, im now stuck with this small sneaker that doesnt fit my son. This shows that the store doesnt respect their customers that bring in money to the store all they care about is their target and not going the extra mile for their customers.
