Pathetic service

I ordered a shoe online last week Monday. I have tracked the product but there isn't any tracking information. I called Pargo they said they don't have the parcel I emailed TFG numerous times and they haven't responded to any of my emails . I called the call centre they said they cannot find my parcel. How pathetic and unprofessional is this service from TFG they took my money for something they didn't give me.
