Pathetic Service

Good day

I would like to express my disappointment in the service I received from your staff at your Rosebank store. From the manager to the teller and the guy that places the online orders.

I ordered two sneakers three weeks ago. Only one pair arrived on the 14th Dec. Went to the store on the 17th to ask when is the second pair arriving. Was promised by the teller and the store manager that they will get back to me. I've been at the store twice, called the store since Tuesday as well to follow up. I'm not getting any help from your staff. Must I rather go to another store like shelflife or shesha or will someone help me as I've been making use of your store to buy my sneakers for the past 5 years.

When I try to reset my online password. It constantly kicks me out. I've been struggling for the past two days.

Please help.
