Pathetic online service

I bought 3 pairs of sneakers online that was on sale the very next day I get an email to say it's been cancelled due to no stock. And the same time u get the emails I go back online and they have stock at full price when I called in to query this I got a lame excuse about it being new stock. Very convenient that they got new stock the same time my orders were cancelled. I was then told they would escalate and call me back and to this moment I havent heard anything. Well done sportscene l
