Pathetic online service at TFG, Pathetic instore service Sportscene Eastrand Mall

I placed 2 consecutive orders. Both orders received 3 pairs of shoes with 6 different sizes. I returned the first order and placed the second only to have the exact same experience. I then tried calling the Sportscene store in Eastrand Mall for an entire day and they did not answer their phone. I further tried to call the helpline and I spoke to Bontle. She also tried calling the store to check stock with no joy of them answering. She then sent me an email to tell me that I should go instore to resolve my query. So much for customer service. Besides having *********** people packing stock, there isn't anyone in the store willing to even answer the phone and it's not like the store is buzzing busy on a Monday. The staff are busy standing around catching up on the weekends events getting paid to do nothing. I am extremely disappointed because now their incompetence leaves me the hassle of running a trip to the store. Takes the entire convenience of online orders!
