Pathetic customer service

Sportscene golden acre staff that assisted me are so unprofessional and pathetic. Went to fetch an order that apparently was signed by Rene. A black guy with short dreadlocks kept me for so long while waiting for him to "look" for my order as he claimed but came back saying he cannot find it and sms's are sent out even though no order has been delivered. On my way I decided to call the number on the sms where I was told the order is at the store. Who should I listen to now?
