Pathetic customer service
<p>On Friday 25 November 2016(Black Friday) I bought my daughter sneakers online as they had some discounts.Unfortunately I bought a size 5 which happens to be small so as my invoice had suggested... I went to the nearest sportscene which was Mall of Africa to exchange .</p> <p>The size was there but I was told to pay the difference to get to the original price to get a size 6. How does that work? This is the second time this happens. This is bad customer service, I am never buying from Sportscene ever again!</p>
