Pathetic customer service

I must say, I expected a bit more with regards to my complaint. I complained last week about a sneaker which you can go look at my previous complaint. All I got was a response which I'm sure you copied and pasted from a template. No one had the decency to give me a call regarding my complaint. I myself worked with the Hello Peter website before and I always ensured that my customers got a call and positive feedback. I expected more from you or at least try to resolve my complaint. Definitely won't be spending my money at Sportscene any time soon. Please do yourselves a favour and acknowledge your customers complaints with more than just a response on the website saying you sorry, maybe then you will get more compliments.
