Honestly Sportscene Keywest branch Staff their manager included they are full of nonsense and disgusting attitude.

I lodged a query last week because of them and it was resolved by your online team and they’ve tried countless times to call this particular branch, and they didn’t bother to answer the calls.Today again I asked my husband to collect parcels for me as he usually does and they gave him a disgusting attitude their manager included and even told him they’ve doing him a favour by giving him the parcels,and they even refuse to call the Online Department as I was advised by the caller last weekend and Yesterday that if I or my husband encounter any problems during parcel collection I must ask them to call them but they blatantly refuse to do that.

What must the person do to get better service from this Store??? Should we Stop ordering or when we order and can’t collect must a person go to Police Station to make affidavit and states reasons?

Why must it has to be a fight for a person to receive their parcel from this Store? If it’s not missing items it’s them refusing with parcels even when all along they’ve been giving out parcels with no issue.

Kindly sort this out with this Store,this is exhausting and frustrating. On top of that you close my ticket claiming that it’s resolve.resolved how and by who while I the complainant was not contacted nor communicated with.????
