passing responsibilty to area manager
Went into Sportscene the single story one, to do exchange of a Nike Airmax which is clearly tearing due to the synthetic material used. I spoke to the first assistant who is in the process of the return when a the 2nd assistant came and threw her \ toys out the cot"stating the shoes could not be returned cause the shoe was worn. Obviously the shoe needs to worn as that is the purpose of buying clothes she also stated that the sneakers may not be worn outside for the return to happen"
