paid-up letter

I have paid up my account and have been asking for a paid-up letter but Sportscene workers keep telling me to speak with my lawyers through Vericred. when i call the number never goes through. i ended up searching for an alternative number on the internet. i contacted them and they told me to ask for the letter from sportscene. who do i really contact and why is it taking forever
