Paid up letter

Good day, i had an account with Sportscene until i got retrenched and i could not pay. I was handed over to Easten Berry attorneys and i understood the process. I paid the full ammount last month and i was promised that i will get my paid up letter within 7 to 14 days and my name will be cleared from the credit bureau.i'm waiting over a month now for feedback and my life is standing still because of this incompetency. I feel like no one cares now because the money has been paid and i have to figure out how to clear myself from the bureau. When asking for updates from Easten berry attorney, they always tell me that Sportscene has to update the status of the account and provide the letter, so i am pleading with Sportscene to do that because i cannot buy anything on credit now and i paid the account.
