P*** always out on delivery ,,,,,never delivered TFG does'nt even bother to find out why?

P*** ordere online , its a week now, but the problem is their automated system in the morning will sent an email and sms to let you know that your parcel is out on deliver, just wont be delivered i called almost everyday for more than 3 times to ask what is happening, one Agent advised they dont own couriers, the last time on friday, the Agent i spoke to asked me why don't i cancel my oder. i have spoken to more than 6 different Agents all they were doing is respont to the emails to reduce the queu, not wanting to find out the problem, ant the online callcentre the were just reading what i can see on my profile as it written the parcel is out on delivery for the past 5 days. i need my parcel delivered i spoke to Clinton Wood Yasmin Roos Ayesha Johaar and Jodie
