Over exposing clients but not delivering
This is on behalf of my fiance account.

In dec 2015 her opened an account at the kenilworth branch. It was approved in the canal walk branch with of R6000 credit. When we went to the Blue route branch in March it was said his contract has expired.

What is dont get is... How can a company grant someone R6000 credit in December 2015 if his a contract worker (which he is not) and his contract ends early in 2016.

Is this not agianst the NCA, reckless lending?

What if he was irresponsible and purchased for that full amount.

We send and email to customer service and the reply was the same like we got in the branch. He must provide a letter of permenat employment and that no information can be discussed with me due customer protection act but I provided his particulars in the email and he never received any feedback from them as yet.

We also send proof of permenant employed and still no reply.

His details i will be providing again
Client: Kieren Petersen
ID: *** 083

The reference number for this request is 031639D67

Subject: ***

Also did not approve of being looked at as if we were \*****s\" in the blue route branch
"
