Order not received

The SportsCene branch in Polokwane did an IBT order as they call it from east rand mall Sportcene on the 15th of November 2018 Vumile at the East Rand Mall Sportscene said she will do the transaction and that the item will be in Polokwane by the 27th I also personally spoke with her and she promised that it will be done. To my surprise when I called the store in Polokwane, they did not receive the parcel and cannot track it on the system which means it was never done. Phuti at the SportsCene branch in polokwane called East rand mall and they could not track anything on their system. I’m currently very upset as this is not the first time I’m receiving such poor service by Sportscene as I’m buying the item for someone as a gift. Your employee Phuti in the Pietersburg Polokwane Landros Mare branch is very helpful and also feels hopeless as he was informed that the item should be in polokwane by the 27th of November. I'm now really considering closing my account and moving on due to the poor service received. the worst of all is that they don't even answer their phones when called.
