Order not received

I placed an order online and i only received one pair of sneakers and the other sneaker say its returned ( it was returned on the same day the other sneaker got delivered ) i cannot get hold of the Online customer service call center , the line gets cut. its been 30 days and i have not received my order. this is ridiculous !!!
