online shopping with TFG GROUP

Good Day

I have been trying to purchase online for some of the things that I want to purchase they don't have in store only online but every time I try and do that there is a problem and nobody can seem to find the problem and I really think it is pathetic seeing that I am, a regular customer and I seem to be having this problem since last year September and the fact that nobody can sort out the problem is really bad customer service maybe if I do a HELLO PETER complaint I will get a better service.

This is the problem I am still experiencing.
