Online shopping nightmare

Yet again I am left disappointed with online shopping relating to a tfg store .I purchased an item online ,a few days later I received a canceled email. On the cancellation email it states that the item is out of stock ,but im currently on the site and it states stock is available...so what is really going on ? It seems like money is taken from the consumer and later you spin a story about no stock .I need answers please . Also I want my money back...It shouldn't take that long ,when you are in the wrong . My airtime is getting wasted waiting for you people to answer my call . I hope you guys are taken to task for your ********** conduct.
