online service is a ****

<p>I have still not received my money taken from the TFG online service ...this was on black friday weekend ....they took my money and when I called to track my order they told me it's cancelled and that they will refund my money , I told them I want the order instead but they advised I can't get the order for that price ...it's four days now that my money is in the account and no contact has been made to me , I must call them all the time ...I'm so sick of them I need everyone to know this as they messing with me and my money</p>
