Online orders keeps being cancelled

I've placed an online order twice, order numbers p*** and p400****26. On both occasions the orders was cancelled after a few days, stating damaged of insufficient stock as the reason. This has caused me to lose complete faith in what is shown online, as I can't trust that anything I order in the future will actually be available. Don't have much time to go in store to shop, so if I can't trust their online website to successfully fulfill orders, there is no use for me having an account with them. Really considering closing the account due to being constantly let down by them.
