Online order trouble, agents gave wrong information

Ordered a sneaker online on the 2nd June, on the 4th it was returned and I was not informed. When contacting the company I was told I'm being refunded and it will take 7-14 working days and I am yet to get my money back. When calling again the agents told me 2 different things, no manager available to speak to even. Terrible service and I will never buy online with them again!!!
