Online - order nightmare

It's been more than 2 weeks now since I ordered my sneakers online and they were supposed to be delivered in 3-5 business day and I still haven't received my sneakers and there has been no communication no-whatsoever telling what is causing the delay. Ordered the sneakers on the December 7th and it's the 23rd now, the level of service from TGF is absolutely horrible, this is the 2nd time where I have ordered something and I have continuously call and send emails to get my stuff. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable and can promise you that I will never order anything from TGF again!
