Online order Cancelled for no stock but site shows stock

I placed at order on 29/05/2019 order no P ********** 96 if i log on now it still says processing i did not receive any email or correspondence to say anything else when i called they say order is canceled cause of no stock but site still says there is stock, and they fail to correspond and let me know this and can not offer me proof on a refund done.
