Online order cancelled

Placed an order on Cyber Monday and received an email informing me the stock I order will not be delivered. The stock was definitely available as there were items i would have liked to order that clearly wasn't available. On a normal day during the year when I do order online and receive the next day or 2 days max. but this cancellation email was received 4 days later. This is ridiculous as clearly I do not have time to roam around a store on a weekday so I opt to order online. And i will reiterate the stock was available and I would really like a call back with regards to this query.
