Online Delivery Stuff Up

I Placed an order for NIKE MEN'S ROSHE RUN PRINT Grey.. delivery and feedback was done amazingly and very well however, i open the box and look at the shoes delivered and they looked as if they were used before, they were dirty and damaged, for a brand new pair of shoes to be delivered looking like this is disgusting and cannot understand how they even thought of letting them even be delivered looking the way they do...they are now unresponsive when contacting the online site and have heard nothing back with exchanging the shoes and actually worrying about a customers dissatisfaction..
