ONE2ONE FAILING TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT

Over a year ago I took out a one2one contract for R89 per month which is linked to my Sportscene account and the amount is added to my monthly installment. I sent 3 emails to the TFG customer care as well as the one2one customer service department to have this cancelled but NO LUCK! I sent messaged via social media as well, still nothing but they are quick to send me an email when I short pay R89! I DO NOT WANT THE CONTRACT ANYMORE! Why is it so hard to cancel this added service????
