Not willing to assist a customer,bad attitude lack of knowledge and how my time was just wasted.And still staff did not care about me but was rushing to get sales from other clients!!

I went to sport scene Cavendish today looking for a woman's adidas tracksuit the black one and a low cut white all star for me and an infant white all star boot.I was advised that they are out of stock and I should go to canal walk since they opened yesterday after the renovation they have everything and yes I will get what I want.I asked one of the staff members to enquire by calling the store in canal walk if they have my size because I do not want to go there and not get what I want. As I have come from khayelitsha and will take a taxi to town then another one to canal walk. The staff member said that they are not picking up the phone but can assure me that I don't have to worry I will find it canal walk as they have just opened they have stock of everything.I got to canal walk they told me do not have the tracksuits and I'm advised this is the stock they have on the floor now that is available maybe in the boxes at the back there are tracksuits but they not sure.I advised the staff member that I just came from Cavendish and was told that I could find the tracksuit here.She said "well mam there's nothing we can do this is the stock we have on the floor and theres nothing i can do I'm sorry for the inconvenience" and leaves and goes to another person .I havent requested my all star or my daughters yet.Fine I speak to another staff member I explain myself and where I came from and what I was told at the store in Cavendish.He tells that I should come in a week or two once the boxes have been opened but not sure if they have the tracksuit as they do not know what is in the boxes.He also said they do not have an all star for my daughter but I can get it N1 city and if I want he can get it for me in a week and I can come collect it.Then he advised that they have my size low cut all star. He then asks me if he can be excused for a moment and speaks to supervisor He then explains my situation and where I come from.The supervisor response was they have opened all the boxes and there are no tracksuits. He then asks him did the Cavendish store call I say yes and no one picked up and then he says that's not his problem and raises his shoulders and leaves.No one even offered to check which store has or put themselves in my shoes.I am angry, the time I have wasted and still receive such disgusting customer service I just took my child and walked out.The staff member moved to the next client my God.I am so dissapointed do you guys know what is the meaning of good customer service??I will not recommend anyone to sport scene ever!!!
