Not so festive nor jolly

I visited the Sportscene at Festival Mall today and I was disappointed with the service. I browsed the shelves and eventually I found what I was looking for. I liked a few items but eventually decided on a hoodie. The hoodie showed 3 prices on the tag. I used my TFG card to pay but to my surprised I was charged the higher amount (R399). After realising this, I enquired with the cashier. He then called over his supervisor and she was very rude. She lacked patience when explaining to me that the other two prices are the original price and Black Friday price (R250). Seeing that Black Friday was over, she told me that I cannot expect to pay the Black Friday price. I tried reasoning that the “Black Friday” price was the price I expected to pay because it was still on the tag. To which she rep**** with just walking away. Left standing there, I felt somewhat embarrassed, as if I could afford the item of clothing. I then asked for a refund, and the R399 was refunded back into my TFG card. This experience was very unpleasant and I will no longer be visiting Sportscene Festival Mall.
