<p>Hello there,I bought a Nike presto sneaker,at your Festival mall store in Kempton park,it was a size six,I now realise that I took a big size and would like to return it,but I was out of the city for two weeks,and didn't have the chance to take them back,so I want to know if I can still go and exchange them,because I have the box and the receipt,and should I go to any Sportscene store,or the one I bought the shoe at?</p>

You can return the goods within 30 days of the date you bought them. These four points apply:
· The goods must be in the original condition and packaging.
· The goods must not have been used.
· The goods must still have the price ticket attached
· For hygiene reasons we do not give refunds for underwear, swimwear bottoms, cosmetics or jewellery for piercings.
