NOT RESPONDING TO PAYMENT RELIEF EMAILS

My other half got retrenched from work end of July 2020. He have send emails on 29 July, 13 August and today, to Sportscene with regards to payment relief and as at today no one has made effort to phone and make arrangements with him. They keep on phoning and demanding payment each day. Is there any one that can assist with this please? It is getting ridiculous.
