Not impressed with their customer service
My name is Elizabeth
I went to Sportscene Alex Mall today in the afternoon to return some items I had purchased online because one was too small and the other wasn't appropriate. However, when I told the ladies working the tills that I was there to make a return, they said they didn't accept returns for online purchases. When I questioned them about what would happen, they began to say, "These items are soo ugly; who can buy these items in our store." I was extremely unimpressed with their customer service.
If I'm dissatisfied with the things, I can return them to any TFG store, per their return policy. How can you explain to a consumer that the products they purchased are unsightly.

I asked a staff member to order an All-star speaker for me, and he confirmed that he did find that sneaker for me. It has now been a week, and I am still waiting for the call from Sportscene Alex Plaza. I'm really disappointed that the Sportscene stores in Alex have no customer service at all, and they treat me as if I'm getting things for free even though I'm paying them with my own money. I want them to get me that sneaker as promised.
I asked a staff member to order an All-star speaker for me, and he confirmed that he did find that sneaker for me. It has now been a week, and I am still waiting for the call from Sportscene Alex Plaza.
