Not happy with the product

I bought Adidas sneakers in January while I was in Pretoria.The sneakers where R 1000 I decided to wash them for the 1st time and the logo is coming off.I called the shop advice them that I don't have the slip but I swiped on that day and cab make a printout of my bank statement he told they won't be able to assist. I called the head office(foshini group) the lady I spoke to advised me to go back to the shop and said if they do give me a problem I must call the following number ***which she advised it's their complaints line and they will assist me.Before going there I decided to call the number only to find out its a wrong number.Im really not happy with the product and the service as they gave me false information.
