NOT HAPPY

I bought a pear of sneakers at SPORTSCENE Greenacres branch it broke after wearing it 3 times I was in Cape Town at the Time went to Canalwalk got excellence service there an they refunded me i took a new pair of sneakers valued at r1100 not sure if it was the color i really wanted thinking i will exchange it at the greenacres branch if i see something that id like when changing it they refunded me only a r1000 instead of the full r1100 i initially paid when i asked about the error the manager told me....YOU ALWAYS COMING TO CHANGE THINGS HERE AN IF YOU WANT THAT AMOUNT YOU MUST WAIT UNTIL CANAL WALK SEND THE SLIP..... While i already have left the sneakers there for hours.... HAVE NOT RECEIVED A APOLOGY FOR THERE MISTAKE AN HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL IN TWO DAYS TO LET ME IF THEY HAVE FIXED IT..<br>
