Nokia Smartphones are the pits

I bought a phone at Sportscene in April 2022 I noticed that I couldn't access the internet when I connect even though I have access to internet,it is slow and I would receive sms a day or two later even though I had a fill network coverage. I wrote an email to the Customer Service at TFG I got a reference number and an sms that my query was sorted and asked which Sportscene I bought my phone at, I responded and the store employee called to tell me that the phone I returned to them was taken to the manufacturer and a report shows that there's nothing they can do because the report shows my phone has physical damage but I fail to understand how does that have to do with the phone being a nonsensical phone. I reviewed the Nokia C20 and a lot of people are complaining about Nokia Smartphones so I conclude that they are aware that Nokia Smartphones have problems. I'm so annoyed by this because I'm paying for this phone as we speak I don't want this phone anymore they rather keep it I'm so ****ed
