No response to account enquiries

I have contacted the [Email Removed] email address twice regarding interest that i was charged on my account, even though i only use the 6month interest free part on the account. I have also queried a sms fee which is charged to the account, even though i did not opt for this. To date i have not received a response or acknowledgement. First enquiry was sent 04/02/2016 at 13:14 and the second enquiry was sent 17/02/2016 at 15:15 but no one comes back to me
