No refund for online return

Returned an online item over two months ago. Still haven't received any refund. Every time I call in they say refund has been processed. But it's been two months and nothing has reflected into my account. I sent tfg online my banking statements for the past two months, showing no refund has been credited. But still no response. No help. This is pathetic.
