No delivery

I went to sportscene yesterday to purchase a mobile phone, at first i had to wait because the \manager\" had went out to buy something from checkers and has left with the keys so they could not give me the phone. i then went to wimpy and when i got back she was there. now the second problem was that they could not find the box for the phone i wanted which was on the display (it was the last).. i waited. i then chose a different phone.. with this 1 they got the box but that also took them about 20 minutes to find it. then when i was ready to make payment, they could not scan something from the box.. i waited again as she went to get help and finally.. after scanning i thought things were good until she opened the box and realized the phone had no battery, i waited and waited for them to find it until i just left. that was two hours wasted in that store. their service is slow and their staff attitude is bad."
