No covid protocol

I visited your sportscene store at lakeside mall today. Firstly, the music in the store is blasted, your staff are more interested in having a vibe, than doing there actual jobs, and have no disregard for covid protocols, but there are notices all over your websites and in all your stores, which your staff are not even abiding too.. The queue to the cashiers, no one was standing in the allocated distance to avoid contact, i asked 1 of the staff members, a male standing at the entrance to please come and assist with telling the customers to please spread out from each other, he did do that courtesy and atte ded to it right away, when I was standing in the queue, a customer ahead of me, had his mask off, below his chin, I asked him to please put it on, he came close to my face, with no mask on to ask me what am I saying, coz he aawell could not hear with the music being so loud, he eventually did hear but ignored my request, I approached the cashier and asked her why there is no concern to tell customers to wear there mask, firstly she aswell couldn't hear me because the music was so loud, secondly she also came so close to my face to try and hear me, which is definitely a no with covid, and her mask was only covering her mouth, not her nose, when she eventually did hear me, she shrugged me off like I was being stupid, and did nothing about it. Before and after paying for my items, I noticed the cashiers do not sanitize after seeing to each customer and using the same pen to sign with out signing, and it's not guaranteed every single customer sanitizes when entering the store, that is not being monitored aswell. It is the responsibility of each person to protect themselves, but your stores and staff need our patronage to stay open, especially when our economy has taken a negative hit. With the new varients upon us, and the cases rising everyday, your staff should be on top of things, especially to not only ensure there own safety, but take responsibility for there jobs. There are many unemployed and desperate out there who would do exactly the job they are being paid to due, instead of some of your *********** staff at your lakeside mall branch. I hope one of your supervisor's would do an impromptu visit to the store and see exactly what I am talking about. Apart from no covid protocols being non existent, there is no professionalism aswell.
