Nike air max 90 exchange

I bought a nike air max 90 at festival mall so the sneaker felt abit big for me when walking so I decided to go exchange it for a smaller size I started at heidelberg mall they said they don't have that style airmax so they weren't able to exchange it for me I went to festival mall they told me they don't have the size I want but they were gladly gonna exchange it so they checked and saw that they have it at the east rand mall branch so I sent my driver he get there the guy who works there Lerato says I was wearing the shoe but I've been to two sportscenes they had no problem so I don't know what criteria was he using to inspect the shoe as I didn't wear it I've been buying all my air max at sportscene this was very sad to experience this kind of service I didn't want to change it for a different style I wanted a different size so very poor service from sportscene another client gone.
