Nike air Max 90 exchange

The other day I had a problem where one of the staff members at sportscene didn't want to exchange a sneaker of mine because he assumed I was wearing it so I laid a complaint on hp the following day the same guy phoned and apologized and said he will exchange it for me which I appreciated but now it was abit of an inconvenience for me to go to east rand mall so I approached the guys at sportscene festival mall Welile and Thabang telling them my story those guys told me they will make a few calls Welile made a call to the east rand mall branch telling them he will come collect the sneaker on my behalf I must come the following day so I went there the following day only to find out he was on a course but he still went out of his way to get the sneaker for me and drop it off he left it with Thabang who also went out of his way to exhange it for me and reassuring me that everything will be sorted he gave me the new snicker and than I left there with a smile just want to thank Welile and Thabang for the outstanding service they gave me and for going the extra mile they demonstrated good customer service towards me Festival Mall sportscene Rocks!
