<p>Hi There</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to the Boulders Mall in Midrand to buy 3 sneakers and to pay my account. When i got there, the was a queue of about two people who looks like they were opening an account (doing some paper work), the other till was empty. I asked one of the guy on the floor to assist us to pay on the other till and he said the person responsible for the till was on lunch. He then asked the other colleagues of his to assist and she said the same thing, that the person using that till is on lunch. We took back the boxes of the shoes back and as we about to leave the guy said "you see the customers are leaving" and the lady responded by saying “ngi ngenaphi lapho makube i-customer li hamba” which translate "so where do I fit in if customers are leaving". I mean who says that to customers. that is so rude and unwelcoming</p>
