New Tablets was faulty.

Hi, I bought a Tablet phone at Sportscene in Galleria mall Amanzimtoti. The Tablet on second day it went off and never came on. I took the device back to the store within seven days of purchase. They said they will take it for inspection. It had been a month and three weeks now the device gone. When I went to ask for progress, the store has no answer. And when I ask them to follow up on it. They asked for my number and promise to call back but they never did. I had been to the store now four times and there is no news about the device till today 27 October 2015. <br> Please advice what to do now. I bought a device but I never had the benefit to use it.<br>
