New staff should be hired at Westgate Mall Branch

I don’t like the staff at this branch in Westgate Mall Mitchells Plain. Whenever I go there they are always standing around, talking to each other, not helpful at all. And when you’re at the till they first finish their conversations or you gotta wait for someone to come to the till to assist. They not friendly, helpful or professional. I LOVE this store so this is not against the store, just this branch. Staff at other branches are SUPER HELPFUL, FRIENDLY and professional. The guys at this branch just stand around and model, are unfriendly and not that much help.
