Never pre ordering from sportscene again

I pre ordered fifa 21 from sportscene online it's the 12th October and I still haven't received any game, I contacted the support service, I was told it was only delivered to the jhb branch and still needs to be delivered to cape Town branch I mentioned that there are stores in promenade having the game on display and the lady could not respond, I tracked my order this morning and it was out on delivery and still nothing. I'm extremely disappointed if I had known the game would arrive after the 9th I would not have ordered with sportscene they should deliver like every one else on the 9th October which was the release date for the game
