Never open account with sportscene

Hi

I can’t seems to express how upset I am, I went to sportscene in Randburg just to check my account and to my surprise I found out that there’s lots of things in my account that I did not authorized. I got a call from a lady sometime last month, I don’t remember what was she offering and I turned the offer down. I did not authorized anything and I don’t want anything on my account. So you guys went ahead and took magazines and covers that I didn’t authorize?

I find things kind of activities very unacceptable and I would like you guys to send a recording where subscribed to all the magazines and covers asap if not I am taking this matter further with the ombudsman. The cover and magazines were over R300 and I won’t pay for something I didn’t authorized. If there was any life cover or funeral cover than the person needs to be debarred for dishonesty and integrity

You guys are playing with my money and I thought your company was reputable company but clearly not.
