Negligence to black people

I'm so hurt and disappointed by tfg on Tuesday I was at the sports scene Vangate mall shopping, while looking for a pants to match my sneaker a signage fell on top of my head hitting my shoulders, the girl came to me and asked me what was I doing I told her I was looking for a size x small because the sizes were mixed up AL of a sudden I felt something hit me, she asked again but what were you doing I asked her if she's crazy I told her I was looking for a pants and the signage fell, her male colleague came and asked if he can assist me i told him I'm fine but I'm just angry that a signage fell on top of me and his stupid girl kept asking what was I doing, he asked to check my back and was in shock of the scar that accured he told his manager who then took me to the Doctor, she then insisted I write a statement but she could see I'm in pain, she then told me an area manager will contact me she did on Tuesday and apologized and asked what happened I explained to her but she told me they will investigate the matter, speaking as if I made the signage fell, the doctor gave me an x ray form to give to them just to check if my neck isn't broken, the area manager didn't get back to me as promised and my neck is in pain,but if this had happen to a white lady they would of resolved the matter speedy she still told me I should pay for my own x ray they will refund me, I told her I won't do that I didn't budget for such, why would I pay when they were the one at fault, the guy even said it's not the first time such an incident had happen to the store I won't let this go I will consult with my lawyers I hate tfg
