Negligence

I bought sneakers online from bash and at checkout I chose the pickup option. The pickup store I chose was Pietermaritzburg Sportcene, Sunlam building when I got there on Friday to pick up parcel as per sms that I received they told me the parcel has not been received. I contacted the courier company and they confirmed that my parcel was delivered there. I now don't what to do. I am so frustrated.
