Need a Prescription letter

I lost my job 2016 and I been battling to pay Sportscene account since the in no income. I even made false arrangements because of the harassment calls I am getting from Sportscene. I cannot be able to afford to pay the amount of 5100.00 that they are demanding because I do not have a Job. All am asking for is this account to be Prescribed. So that I can at least get a job.
